Adams would probably involve our first draft pick which will probably be pick 11. You wouldn't have to give a lot more than that. Maybe a fringe youngster they like or something.

First pick for Adams should be enough I reckon.

GWS and Gold Coast were able to pick up so many players in one or two drafts. Both clubs will continually trade players like Adams for high draft picks over the next 3-4 years. This will give them a better chance of sustained success rather then having a team of 22 players who are the same age.

Our first pick is likely to be about pick 13 or 14. I think that is a fair trade for Adams. However, history says that we don't trade our first round picks.

Also, if you look at our team we are lacking in KP players, small forward and rucks. i would be more inclined to trade on a needs basis

You generally don't go from an average kick at 21 to an elite kick. You can improve, but not monumentally like that.

Im happy to package a first round draft pick and a Brad Helbig. I think he would be taking Helbigs spot and Brad has Vlas and Arnot in front of him. Cant see him playing much footy in the next few years, but is good enough to play at GWS.

Conca is a far better than an average kick. He pulls off some ridiculous passes at times. Just a matter of confidence and consistency IMO

UpTheGuts comment is probably closer, Cotchin is more consistent but is older, played more games, had less injuries, had more preseasons and plays a different role.

I have seen some absolutely brilliant disposals by Conca out of packs, just as I've seen some absolutely horrid kicks from Cotchin, which was more the point I was trying to make.

Vlastuin showed hell of a lot more before that pick.

To me Adams hasn't shown enough and I would avoid atm. He is not useless and can play to a degree but for me no where near a first rounder and happy to stick my neck out on this one, like sticking my neck out on Garlett last year
