Oh please. If nothing else it’s plain to see from the uptake since mandates morphed into recommendations.

Form the Dept of Health website:

Fourth doses

Australians considered most at risk of severe illness and those aged 30 and over are eligible to receive a fourth dose 3 months after their third dose

So have you?
Youre all over the shop..

One minute you are talking about young people getting vaxed.. the next its about people at serious risk..

You claimed some nonsense about knowing the reasons behind young people getting the vaccine as if you had some wonderful all seeing, all knowing eye on every young person that has been vaccinated and the reason behind these people chosing to be vacinated.

You have no fxxking idea what all these young people were thinking. You simply made an uneducated assumption.

I don’t think anybody here believes the majority of young people took the jab for their health.

Not even you.
What “anybody here believes” doesnt really matter does it..

No one here knows the thinking behind the decisions millions of other people made as to why they got vaccinated.

Sure.. some may have so they could get into the pub/nightclub.. but those very same people couldve, for all anyone here knows, been also thinking “not only does it allow me to go to the pub, it also guards me against a bad case of covid, it also helps reduce the risk for my mum and dad who I live with, it helps the country’s economy return to something closer to normal quicker, it helps the poor healthcare workers out by reducing the load on the health system” etc etc.. along with numerous other advantages..

Like I said..unless you can read the minds of millions you have no idea what these young people were thinking..

But you’ve instantly thought the worst of them. Nice.

Looking at the actual statistics, there has been a big dropoff on numbers having had 2 doses + 1 booster and those who have had 2 doses + 2 boosters. Now a lot of people who have had the double shot + 1 booster might choose to get the second booster but at this stage, a lot of people are holding off. Now that mandates are gone, are people simply saying we don't need to rush? or are they saying now we don't have to take it we won't which would run counter to taking it for health reasons as we know Covid is still around

Coverage percentages are calculated using Estimated Residential Population (ERP) for first and second doses. Consideration is given to timing and eligibility for third dose statistics.

Not at all.

I’ll break it down for you:

1. You’re over 30. You are eligible for a third and a fourth. Have you had them? If not, why not?

2. I’ve never said older people shouldn’t get vaccinated. I’ve never said grandma shouldn’t get the vaccine. What I’ve said is young, healthy people had no need to get this vaccine.

This is especially true for people under 20.

If that last bit sounds controversial to you then you should be aware that you’ve been heavily propagandized.

Not surprising. I don't believe ATAGI have yet recommended 4th doses for people aged under 40.

Most people follow the ATAGI advice. It's only morons, like SP, who don't.

And the people in charge of public health policy in places like the UK, Denmark, Sweden…

People like infectious diseases expert and former deputy chief medical officer Dr Nick Coatsworth

They must be morons too.

Right?

Right??

You've constantly spoken for the majority...even if it doesn't exist.

People have there reasons, which overwhelmingly was to be vaccinated. So in the end, moot point.

Geniune question..

Do you and your partner believe the vax didnt do anything?.. or do you guys believe she is only alive today because she was actually vaxxed?..
It's a very good question. I'm not one to "believe" anything. She was very very sick. Likely delta although they didn't specifically genome test at that stage. No pre-existing conditions. Do I think the vaccine gave her some antibodies? Science suggests that's most likely. Whether that was the difference? Doctors say yes. In the absence of any other evidence, we have to go with that I guess.

The irony is she is a genuine needle phobe and I lost many layers of skin dragging her into the clinic. It was quite a scene. Her employer mandated the Vax because her job was classed as an essential service. So... did the mandate save her life?

I'm just glad she's still here to do my ironing, cleaning etc 🤣

He can get over this. If your Fetterman just shake it off, go home tonight, kiss the kid's good morning and tell them you will see them yesterday.

The truth is he can get over it because the fix is already in in Pennsylvania - 255000 unverified mail in ballots sent out and Nancy Pelosi saying you can take to the bank the Democrats will win the house and Senate these mid terms.

What the Democrats are seething about is that he had to do any debate at all as it shredded their narrative that he was not suffering major mental and health problems from his stroke...the whole world saw that to be a lie

Perhaps not, but many of them took it in the interests of protecting vulnerable members of their family, or the wider community.

I don't think there has ever been any statement suggesting anything other than very young and senior people were most at risk. The vaccine was about suppression. Reducing the spread, relieving the hospital system, protecting the vulnerable. So to try to align vaccine uptake to personal health considerations in the under 40 demographic is probably a bit disingenuous.

And Higgins straight to the press afterwards and now Lehrmann's lawyers reporting that to Federal Police. This case is a mess.
This lady seems to make some really bad personal decisions first she gets the 2 lefty media tarts Lisa Wilkinson and her boofheaded red hanky wearing partner Peter FitzSimons involved and now this...she really needs to get some better advisors.

Well, there's still a book to sell. If what she says occurred, occurred, apart from money, why would she want to relive everything and tell it in a book?

But it is the reason ghouls will buy the book, to get to the horrible part, so keeping it all in high profile would be advantageous and I suspect we're going to be hearing/reading about it regularly until the retrial.

I just can't take him seriously when I think of that ****ing stupid red rag on his head.

The New York Times: War in Ukraine Likely to Speed, Not Slow, Shift to Clean Energy, I.E.A. Says.

While some countries have been burning more fossil fuels such as coal this year in response to natural gas shortages caused by the war in Ukraine, that effect is expected to be short-lived, the International Energy Agency said in its annual World Energy Outlook, a 524-page report that forecasts global energy trends to 2050.

Instead, for the first time, the agency now predicts that worldwide demand for every type of fossil fuel will peak in the near future.

Lehrmann’s legal team refers Higgins media comments to AFP

Bruce Lehrmann’s legal team is seeking urgent legal advice about whether Brittany Higgins’ comments outside the ACT Supreme Court could amount to contempt.

Lehrmann’s barrister Steven Whybrow said he had brought the comments to the attention of the court and Australian Federal Police.

“I understand the complainant and other members of her support team were all seated in court this morning when the chief justice discharged the jury and made strong comments about people making statements or comments that could prejudice a fair trial,” Whybrow said in the statement on Lehrmann’s behalf.

“Notwithstanding Her Honour’s admonition, the complainant proceeded to give what appears to have been a pre-prepared speech to the media outside the court,” Whybrow said.

“We have brought these comments to the attention of the court and the Australian Federal Police, and it is not appropriate for Mr Lehrmann or his lawyers to make any comment as to whether the complainant’s statements might amount to a contempt of court or offences against the ACT Criminal Code.

“I urge all media to show restraint in reporting this matter and in particular in republishing the statements made by the complainant.”

If there is a trial. You would think Luhrmann"s lawyers will make another application for a permanent stay.

Higgins doesn't seem to mind a bit of press and attention but she's doing herself no favours if her media 'appearances' can be seen to be an influence on the case. I don't know what her strategy is or for what outcome, but on the surface it appears to me she's aiming for something more than a 'guilty' verdict, be that for personal gain or for some good, like reforming workplace procedures/processes ...I dunno.
