In 2016 when things were going awry I came up with a thread identifying every individual on our list ranking them alphabetically from
A,B,C, D, E and F. Where each letter stood for:
A Being A Grade
B Being B Grade
C Could be some player, but Can't be Certain to this stage
D Dud Delist or retire
E Elite
F Form not up to standard this season
It will be interesting to see how fellow Tigers honestly see individual payers on our list . I know after losses like yesterday we can get a bit carried away and want half of our boys delisted so let's have an honest crack and I've provided a template.
My gradings came up with :
5 A GRADERS
7 B GRADERS
13 C GRADERS bc of Kids
11 D GRADERS
3 E -Elite footballers
4 F players who are down on Form
So do we have enough A Graders on our list and B , but most importantly Elite players to quickly rise to the top like 2017? Also who out of our C graders can surface to A or B OR E Level?
