In no world is Gomez a better RB than Bradley.
He's better than Trent is what I meant. When there's completely no effort defensively the odd good pass doesn't make up for it.

Bloody hell Robbo is absolutely cooked.
He plays like old Robbo sometimes but then has had some really poor games this season which you usually dont see from him. Over his LFC journey, he's always been a minimum 7 outta 10 guy. But this season he's been having some terrible games.

Think we need someone like Kerkez in the summer, with Robbo as the back up LB and move Tsimi on.

Overall, you take the draw. To go down to 10 men early and then go behind not once but twice and still come away with the draw. You take those.

Even better that Arsenal drew so they havent caught us at all.

I think City are cooked so not too worried about them. Chelsea could be a problem.

But all told, not a terrible day.

I think it's more reactionary on Trent in particular today. They had an extra man remember so there is just more space for them and TAA was obviously asked to move inside quite a bit to create for us as with one less player, we would need his elite passing to hopefully open something up for us.

Fulham obviously countered this tactic by playing everything down Trent's side and why wouldnt they with TAA so far forward, trying to create, an extra man and extra space on the field and only Gravenberch (who was my MOTM) to cover Trent playing at CB.

We have the best defence in the league and we were elite when Konate was playing. Since the Konate, Bradley, Tsimi injuries, we've been stretched and it hasnt helped that Robbo has kinda fallen off a cliff.

Once we get Konate back, we will be fine defensively I reckon. At least for this season. Depending on whether TAA signs a new deal or not, we might be looking at some new FB's in the summer.

Gravenberch is some footballer though, just eased back into CB and controlled the game really. He's so impressive.

Getting Jota back was huge, he's so clinical. Just does not **** about. If we can get back Konate now and both Jota and Ibou stay fit, we can win the league. Long way to go though.

We have to take Chelsea seriously as a threat now, Arsenal and City look like they have too many problems going on
I’m not worried about Chelsea yet. It looks like they will be top of the table soon enough - it will be interesting how they respond to that. It was only 8 months ago they almost had a punch up on field over who takes the penalties.

Past few games we've slipped back into the old bad habits and being too vulnerable on the counter, no idea if it's because Ibou isn't playing but we need to get better, spurs is now a must win but they'll hit us in all the spots we've struggled with the past few games

The owners need to put the money where their mouth is and buy a player or two in January, there's a league to be won, be serious

If Zubimendi (however you spell it) wants in we have to buy him. Plus, another back maybe.

Robbo close to my favorite ever Red, but he looks like he has gone off the cliff this campaign. His mistakes are costing us goals all the time.

He's a guy that got the most out of himself by going full steam and playing fairly aggressive. The problem with that is once you lose that yard, touch and timing you start doing as he has been.

Interestingly, I just watched our segment on Match of the Day and they didn't think Robbo should have been sent off. Harry Wilson's touch took him central rather than towards goal and straight into VVD's path. Lineker reckons there was no way Wilson was getting to that ball ahead of Virgil.

I’m comfortable with it being a red. Just a clumsy challenge

Why keep Robbo as a backup, he's cooked. Kostas can stay.

This should be a competitive side and we would still make 9 changes.

--------------Nunez
--------Jota-Elliott-Chiesa
----------Macca-Endo
Kostas-Gomez-Quansah-Jones
------------Kelleher

Subs: Jaros, VVD, TAA, Gravenberch, Morton, Szoboszlai, Salah, Diaz, Gakpo
