the bare minimum i wanted was effort. that was there. but too often we were just outbodied, outmuscled and lacking experience. but there were still signs. it's good to get sloane back, and guys like hamill, sholl, butts, berry just need to keep getting these games into them. both our small forwards missing most of the game really ****s with your structure too.

There has been HEAPS of effort, probably the only thing stopping a slaughter.

Effort goes both ways you can show effort to get the ball but when the other team had it not a lot was shown especially in that 2nd half, but Nicks has valid excuses both in this game with being a man down and overall with the personnel he has simply not near good enough

True, but this kind of reflects the attitude of how the club operates. Why fix 1 thing when there are many things wrong. It is how you never get anywhere.

Back is easily fixed IMO, that's all structure.
