I thought I knew your position but it does tend to be quite agile!

I have always understood Pluggs’ position as:

- He doesn’t rate the coach and he didn’t agree with the extension

- He’d rather we win games and keep the coach rather than lose games just in order to get rid of the coach.

-He doesn’t believe a mid season firing solves anything

-He believes another coach will not necessary be a cure-all for a fairly mediocre list with a lot of similar type players

-He does believe this season has been an improvement.

I think he’s been pretty clear on all of this for a long time.
