So, no possible points until 2015 at earliest
Ineligibility for brownlow of any player who was part of the system
Fines totalling 10million to be paid at a rate negotiated by the AFL (1 mil ayr, 10 yrs)
Removal of any "right" to Anzac day

Ineligibility from first 3 rounds of the draft for 3 yrs (unless they trade for picks)
