Thunberg blames "translation" for 'we will make sure that we put them against the wall' final solution for world leaders who won't do as they're told.

I think that is fair enough, good that she explained.

I know when translating from my original language to English, it doesn't sound right and even could come out like that. Once my brothers and sisters got it right we would laugh at our parents who constantly couldn't explain it.

Agree that we should accept the explanation in good faith.

I too would like to give her the benefit of the doubt, however some of her far-left rhetoric suggests that she isn't against imposing her socialist world view by any means necessary.

Maybe she should speak in her native tongue, Swedish and use an English translator for interviews & press conferences since climate change is kind of a big deal. Dare I say her grasp of the English language wouldn't be as poor had she not dropped out of school at such a young age.

I think she would prefer Gulags rather than executions... you have to be "reconditioned", Andrew.

I too find it very difficult to understand the average collingwood supporter.

What was barely intelligle english in the first quarter turns to complete gibberish in the fourth, after they've had one too many refreshments.

Just as well I am not the average Collingwood supporter then.

However I can confirm based on your post and being a Richmond supporter, I can see that English is your second language.
