You've convinced me . It is more substantial and detailed than I thought. Thanks for all the build pics.
It's really solid and didn't feel repetitious at all. I think it looks great with the tranquil gardens.

The pyramids for me didn't look as interesting a build as other architecture sets, but I could be convinced .Anyone here have the Pyramid of Giza or the smaller Hogwarts castle?
I have the tiny plants on order.
I haven't, but family members have. Very much geared towards children (in fact I believe you have to have one with you before you can get in as an adult) but they enjoyed it. The store there is meh, but it does have the Legoland sets, which I believe aren't available anywhere else in Australia (perhaps someone can correct me if they also have them in Dreamworld).Same vein, anyone been to Legoland in Chadstone? thinking of making the trip.
Early reviews say this one isn't as good, but you have to have it anyway, right?I had the OG Majisto workshop as a kid
I have the house and kwik-e-mart. Both excellent sets for their period. Always thought it a shame they didn't release more. I guess Moe's was out as a subject but there were plenty of other options.* i was looking at some of The Simpsons sets online. Good lord price must have jacked up after they discontinued. Absolutely spewing.
I kinda half-collect the modulars, but only the ones that appeal. You're right, this looks like fun. Bigger and more expensive though, I think I only paid about $300 for Assembly Square. If it wasnt for the freebies and points this weekend I'd probably wait. Looks like the Piranha Plant is OOS at Lego.com so that's not an option. The museum looks pretty fun
