Our forward line is bottom 4 and what are we going to do to try and rectify that issue? Trade in a ****ing ruckman even though we have a great one already.

This club sometimes, my god man.

I had no expectations for this one yet I'm still cripplingly disappointed.

I'm hoping I wake up and feel better with some needed perspective, I'm off to Perth next week for a week and a half and want to believe that there's something worth clinging on for this season but right now I just don't see it. Even when we're progressing up the ladder we're still middle of the road in comparison with those rising at the same time as us.

It's just depressing and frustrating and hopeless supporting this club.

The question has to be asked to jlo what the hell happened to the team from the first half the season this brand of footy is rubbish

How can this team put in such a poor performance in front of people who literally are spending ALL THEIR MONEY to turn up and watch them.

How can you constantly whinge about the team you claim to support?

F*** off back to the eagles. You won't be missed.

Fitting the sealer came from a free kick. But, to be fair we were don't in the 1st 10 minutes.

Melbourne came over and played with effort. Freo just couldn't stand up.

The good news is it leaves us with a really clear message about where we need to improve the list.
The message was written in blood on every inch of every wall of the Cockburn facilities years ago! Yet, what do we do? Draft no specialty forwards, and instead attempt to trade in long-shot messiahs. It makes me want to scream!

Always going to be the case that whatever we do this year, we'll improve on next year. And, if we get a quality forward/ruck like Jackson it'll go a long way to speeding that improvement up.

Fast forward to Round 5 next season, Tabs is injured again and Jackson is our number one key forward. The pain is about to get a lot worse

I do expect us to drop off a bit next season. Lobb is a big loss. We will still be in the running for the finals, but are a very young team. Lots to look forward to really.

I've been mostly Mr Positive but the towel is right on the edge now.

Very, very disappointing.
