I'd say by 5pm this Tuesday.

Demons have been appalling today, and his position now looks untenable.

Who's likely to step into the hotseat?

as has been asked, can they afford to sack and pay out neeld? i doubt it. it's a shame all the money that stynes and schwab brought back into the club will be for nothing after sacking schwab and maybe neeld, if they decide to do the latter for survival's sake.

Shouldn't see out the night. I'm walking to Richmond now and that consists of more effort than most of the players have put in today.

Yep another new coach will fix it.
They weren't this bad under Dean Bailey though, and most of us didn't even rate Bailey.

I've backed Neeld to the hilt but I think if his position at the club hasn't already become untenable then its not far away. More the point if they're going to replace him at the end of the year anyway then they might as well do it now and give Neil Craig a shot for the rest of the season. I thought he did fairly well at Adelaide.

I have backed Neeldy all the way, but something is clearly wrong. I just dont think another coach will help.

How? He's not out there playing
it's his job! he challenges them, gives them opportunities for development, inspires them, reminds them of the fortunate position they are in to be playing footy, reminds them that even if they are to leave/be delisted they have to be playing to the best of their ability if they want another club to pick them up. he's already given the arse to half the list who he didn't think had the mettle, so presumably those left are the mostly ones he thinks he can work with. it's becoming more obvious that he's lost them, unfortunately.
