Some s**t comments above. Tabs seems like a really decent bloke.

If we can get the structure right, he's a strong marking target anywhere on the ground and a couple of goals a game.
Gee whiz mate it's a joke not a penis don't take it so hard.
Look, while I don't doubt that IF he could get his boday right he MIGHT have had more output this season in terms of goals than our young forwards, I also have no doubt whatsoever that we're far better off at this point by playing the young blokes and building synergy in the forward line. Their ceilings are way higher than Tabs'.

Serious Question

What are your expectations of Tabs against North Melbourne. He’ll be playing the role that Cox was, not out of the square. Open admission I’ve got concerns.

Low expectations, he always seems to take at least a few games at AFL level to refind form after coming back from injury. He just needs to make space for Amiss and Treacy, and draw a KPD, and I'll be happy.Bonus points if he snags a couple of goals.

The concern with Tabs the last few years has been his back. Very hard to get right and gain mobility back.

He will help bring the ball to ground in contests at a minimum. Which is valuable.

There should also be clear instructions that he is to stay out of Amiss/Treacy's way. Which historically has been an issue for him. Both Hogan and Lobb suffered from Tabs continually bringing defenders into their contest.

Don't be surprised if he manages to kick at least one goal.

Over all it will be a serviceable performance.

He likes Marvel but I'm only expecting a 1 or 2 goal return, he's essentially playing as the third tall. Treacy and Amiss have taken over the forwardline and you'd think the majority of our goals will come from them

I think we're overstating his lack of fitness. He can still run and has strong mits so I think he'll contribute without being a liability. Don't think he'll be the difference between winning and losing.
