The WAFC should always be advocating for more WA clubs in the AFL and for institutions and structures which give each of these franchises the best chance of success.
That is the best way of increasing the career opportunities for West Australian players, coaches, support staff, and administrators. That is the best way of growing the economic footprint of WA footy both within the local sporting landscape but also within the national footy landscape.
