Rankine , Dawson, battle ,barrass , Neal- bullen- then you have the younguns like meek , Massimo ,ginni , Cummings , peatling .

Fisher was in better form than Massimo (who we could've just drafted) when we traded him in; Meek was an absolute fringe player; Ginni was not as talented as Stevo.

Hawks made finals before Barass and Battle ever set foot in the joint.

They are plugging in the same level talent guys and they actually kick on at Hawthorn. I think the 'they trade em in' argument doesn't really hold. They're trading in fringe players and making them guns. We're trading in talent and they flounder.

Hawks have a bargain bin midfield that looks a million bucks compared to our lot of high draft picks.
