Off topic alert. This dunk man I can't scroll past without sharing this to the thread.

Still feel AG should've won the contest off that dunk alone that was crazy. Look at Lavines reaction.

do you feel the tweeter put music into it overlaying the visual?

Why does someone have to be like Curry?

Curry is the North star to use to navigate by

but he and Del had three seasons at Davison to develop his game - yo Ben and Josh I think Del and Steph changed his shot to <get_it_off_in_the_pros> from a higher release , prolly 8 inches higher as a 17yo(staphcurry@17) so Ben and Josh it can be done

Trae took the economic incentive and jumped early when offered the chance

1. Poor Jevon Carter gone from strong towel waving with a free ring to maybe never setting foot on a court again.

2. Weird contract for this Portland Trendon Watford lad. Maybe I don't watch close enough but a 4 year $5.8m 2 years non-guaranteed or two way or whatever it is. Still ... even a dregs NBA contract is him and his future family set for life

Rob Pelinka has insisted internally that there are no hard feelings between himself and LeBron James coming out of the trade deadline period, sources tell Bill Oram of The Athletic.

One source, however, characterized the situation between James and the Los Angeles Lakers as being similar to "the early days of a war."

The Lakers have yet to show a particular willingness to engage in battle with James. James made several comments over All-Star weekend to suggest he is unhappy with his current situation with the Lakers.

James praised the job Sam Presti has done running the Oklahoma City Thunder while openly discussing the possibility of returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Pelinka clearly misspoke when he said there was "alignment" between the front office and James and Anthony Davis. James clearly wanted the Lakers to do something at the deadline.

Sources inside the Lakers have said that even Kobe Bryant never had as much power within the franchise as James has now. James helped strong-arm the Lakers into a trade for Russell Westbrook, which has been a disaster.

Better use these jerseys then peternorth

Really have to hand it to LeBron, he has introduced me to a genuinely new experience - feeling sorry for the Lakers.

Talk about wanting to have your cake and eat it too.

Don’t feel too sorry for them, they have been poorly run and managed for years. Without Lebron they would still be nothing.

I've said this repeatedly, so no disagreement from me.

Without Lebron they would still be nothing.

We differ here though.

LeBron's an unbelievable player, but his insistence on inserting himself, and Klutch, into every aspect of the team's operations is unhealthy.

Harden copped grief for insisting on dumping Paul for Westbrook and then cutting and running, and rightly so. LeBron deserves to face the same hard questions.

They had a lot of young talent at one point. They weren't the finished article, it didn't all fit together terribly well, and they weren't well coached. But the talent was still there. They might not have much to show for it beyond the bubble championship in a couple of years. Maybe that's worth it, but if I were a Lakers fan it'd feel hollow to me.

They had some young talent but nothing you can build around, I also think we have seen too many instances of players breaking out once they leave LA to believe it is a coincidence.

That AD trade is already worth it imo. Without Lebron they don’t get him and they aren’t close to getting a title which they have already accomplished.

He's rolling in the deep with Rich

Or maybe Pelinka should set fire to the rain
