Geelong have had a great season and logic says they should win but my gut says Port will win comfortably, Port won there last match although Geelong had a few key players out.

Finals are a different game my friend, Port have been just as impressive as the Cats in finals.

Port have the experience, the pace, arguably the form.

this is the thing....they seem to have worked themselves into a frenzy and look like getting stage fright unless they find a way too release that nervous energy. There is a lot to be said for letting the lid off a bit in the weeks leading up - just as a release valve

This really is a must win for Geelong for both Collingwood and Hawthorn will be better next year, Western Bulldogs may finally have an injury free year and WEC and Port will be there abouts.

Port won there grandfinal and gained their premiership experience when they had no grandfinal experience.

Its a bit funny to reference your Premier winning experience when you won from having no grandfinal experience.

Well seems I was entirely deranged. Just got back from the traditional father son pub crawl down Smith st. to and from the game and am now $20 poorer thanks to Port's heartless effort. Congratulations to the Cats who have been by far the best team in the competition this year and were very much that on the day. I placed too much faith in my gut insticnts and on previous meetings, failure ensued.

I backed my insticnt....Geelong by 39.5 plus and laughed all they way to the final siren...

Also got a good double, Mooney first goal and Geelong over 25.5...but only put 4 on, paid 92.00 though
