I find it hard to believe we “signed it away” and even if we did it you’d think it would be non binding and would be ripped up under restraint of trade laws.

Who had the right to sign it away? Surely the members of the club ie those that put their money on the line to keep the club afloat would get some input. What a load of rubbish, this 2007 "agreement" if it even exists is meaningless.

Koch dragged to the starting line. The obvious next game is to push to wear against some non-Vic sides at home as well in 2021. We aren’t the only non-Vic sides sick of the VFL. I’m sure WC, Freo, Swans or Lions would be ok with it (Koch needlessly antagonised GC and GWS can’t take a piss without the AFL holding it for them). We must build on this.

I don't see why we wouldn't keep petitioning Port and the AFL to wear the prison bars multiple more times this year. We must be unrelenting and uncompromising in our expectation.

If the agreement was home heritage rounds only and no commercial manufacture, we've breached this agreement several times over.

I do wonder what exactly Collingwood are considered to be offering up on their side of the bargain in the "contract". The AFL has total control over uniforms. Collingwood aren't losing anything or giving anything up. How could a contract with them even legally exist?

We're going to win this war, it's just a matter of time and effort. What I want from Koch before he goes is for a more public face on the negotiation, and an agreement to wear the bars regularly without signing any other rights away.
