Bench depth is concerning me, not sure how much of a concern it really is though...

A) Cox + BENCH: Anthony/S.Selwood + Ebert + Tippett

B) McIntosh + BENCH: Hartlett/McNamara/J Hill

- Option B are all second yr+ players meaning more experience, more playing time initially etc., though not having Cox means unless Simmonds comes on strong, a trade for Cox is necessary

- Option A means I have a proven 100+ ruck all season, if Simmonds rucks well no real need for an upgrade as have the best in the business, though bench positions are dicier and less likely to play considerable game time

Any suggestions... really choosing from these guys only

Yup, it was quite a hard hit on SOS. Anyways he averages ~85 and doesn't miss too many. You get what you pay for with Milburn.

I've had milburn every year since about 05 and he's always been consisitent

Can anyone help me with Waters and Bradshaw (or equivalent priced player) vs Newman and Symes... also what do people think about how Waters will perform when compared directly to Newman

I have $240k to spend on a midfielder:

Ricky Dyson (Shown some great signs pre-season should play all 22 games hopefully)

Byron Schammer (should get a bit more gametime in the middle but is not a great DTer possible he can manage 65+?)

Bachar Houli (not sure if he has CEMENTED his spot but had a stellar pre-season, but still not sold on him as much as the others)

Mark Couglan (too risky?)

Thanks

Jake Edwards vs. Gamble?

Edwards might not play much after Fisher returns. I don't know much about Gamble, but all i know is that he plays for the leagues best side, and might not get many games. Thoughts?

BTW, this is a reserves question.

Alan Didak vs Dale Thomas?

Obviously Thomas has the greater long term up side, but at almost 50k less, and being a seasoned player, Didak looks ok.

Both look to be getting a rotation through the middle.

I would go Dale Thomas...only because I have him at the moment.

Question: Dale Thomas or Travis Cloke? Thinking Cloke will have more big games.
