I've read an unreasonably large amount about it, mainly in Private Eye. Keeping up with it on YouTube at times.

Absolute criminal behaviour for personal gain by PO and Fujitsu executives.

They've gotten to the lawyers.

Latest one is staggering - says he was passing on information from other lawyers when giving advice so it was not his fault. Emails show him colluding to hide or downplay reports were "just from conversations with other lawyers" and the like.

Showing up to mediation with no intention to settle, just fishing for information, trying to give people rubbish offers in return for not suing in the future.

All sorts of crap that should see these people in prison.



"We made mistakes" - not "I made mistakes" or "I did try to help them cover up vital evidence".
