A whopper or angry whopper is a work of culinary art (again, when made properly).

You are telling me mass produced stuff pre-oiled before freezing and put through a broiler is culinary art? Edgie pls.

Surprised the mods are leaving this up, the sexualisation of this site continues.

I wanted to come and have an discussion with yous blokes as well, that's the reason why I post here, just to see your eyes for the first time. It's nice. You guys want to head out for a burger sometime? Don't blush baby.

Went to Nord today for lunch after reading Doctor Feel s post.

Got the Royale burger with a PB&J shake. The burger was amazing. It just melts in your mouth and the shake tasted like diabeetus. I loved it.

I love that this has become a great food in adelaide thread.

Edit: Any good pizza places on the peninsula? Pierre's has gone a bit crap recently.
Have you tried the new Carmines?
That's more of an eat in place if that's what you're after. Otherwise my local is Mina Pizza it's on Grand Junction Road which is a little out of LeFevre Peninsula

Dunno if you guys have tried it (bit niche), but try the 'bacon deluxe' at Hungry Jacks. There's a Hj's (not like that silly! Although I did get a handy in the car park of one once when I was a teenager) in Munno Para, a boutique Northern suburb. Try it, you'll thank me!
Many, many moons ago I used to regularly hit the HJ's drive-through on the way home from work for a bacon double cheeseburger deluxe and fries. Now, the bacon is no longer real rashers of bacon, the cheese is plastic and sliced with a micro-plane and the burgers are,....who knows. That's all compared to years ago though, everything's relative. ;)

I'm far from agreeing with you but there's no doubt the whopper has an addictive taste all its own that hasn't changed one iota in nigh on 40 years. My mate would always say "it's like there's a Whopper tree somewhere and they just go and pick them off it".

I want that tree.

If I had that tree, I would go from Matthew Westhoff to Bobby Carlile overnight.

I love Hungry Jacks. In terms of 'white trash disgusting food' its my favourite. The Bacon Deluxe is the perfect sloppy shitty fast food and I love it. 2 for 1 whoppers on Tuesday is my favourite day of the week as well, that feeling of 'Will my heart stop?' I get as I smash them down is glorious.
Still, love the movement with gourmet burgers in pop up stands. Found an amazing burger once at University and I can't remember the name of the cart, and it upsets me greatly.

Take a trip into town and go to the Queens head pub, pizzas are ****ing amazeballs!!

In terms of fast food, KFC is my killer. Not only does it have deep fried chicken in droves, but it also costs a billion dollars.

Hop on the Oporto tram. Solid quality and much cheaper.

Bing Boy is the best fast food ive had in years. How these things arent ludicrously popular i dont know

I'm addicted to the beef vindaloo from Turmeric, which can be found in a few food courts across the northern suburbs.

If it were my reward, I'd bite the end off a submarine and suck out all the seamen.
