My wife went in-house with a company commercialising medical research. She'd have to deal with the venture capitalists who were like coked up cowboys who'd sign off on anything that had a good story and sounded like it would make money. I met a few of them and they were absolute * sticks. Sometimes money makes itself because the ship wasn't being steered but it made cash despite them.

Was ok, but is certainly overrated. Mostly by kids who think it’s edgy as they’ve only ever watched Avengers.

I didn't read any hype about it and enjoyed it. The few shock scenes could have been left out and it probably would have held up better. They were distracting more than important to the story.

Alejandro González Iñárritu has directed 21 grams, Babel, Birdman and The Revenant.

Birdman was a really great movie.
