He's a rich guy appealing to the poor claiming that he's their friend. He's more Kenneth Copeland than Jesus. He managed to send more money upwards than downwards. The system is broken there and the appeal to some is his chaos at least feels like a shake up I guess.

Not sure that's true but no-one is going to fix it. The US is sliding out of dominance and their empire is in decline. They really need someone with vision and to get out of perpetual war as a model. They can't reinvent the empire but they can participate in a new world order as a player. China will be rubbing their hands together watching Biden and AIPAC destroying their moral authority.

The application says your name has to match the passport.
My passport has my first and middle names as the given name and last name as surname (Ie John Doe Smith).

The boxes on the forms just have first and surname. Do I put first and middle in the first name box or just first name?

I haven't checked my FF profile, but I would just go with first and last name. Although my QANTAS FF card has my first and middle initial and my surname !!

I have a middle name but on FF just have my first and last. Haven't been any issues. If you're lucky I might even send you an invite to the first class lounge

You don't need to include your middle name in the account creation.

Did 7 years for FF back in the day. They'll only ask for documentation to support any retrospective points claims if your flight record has a different name to that of your account. ie. shortened subcontinental names, anglicised names and the like.

Yeah Napoleon was just a really bad film. Joaquin Phoenix was miscast imo. It just didn't work. The whole thing was a self indulgent snooze fest.
