Ragù alla, hard G all you need to add is wine and have it meat base instead of tomato base since that is more Neapolitana and Naples which is south instead of Bogolna and north for the meat to be core instead of an afterthought.
Suffice to say with an Italian nonna and Austrian pappy, ours were three meat add wine sort of Bolognese and we have wood fired option to have the heat so proper have axe, will chop sort of wood cooking. So think;
North Italy - meats & earthen veg.
South Italy - thar be water, so fresh instances and things on vines like tomato.
Both versions of "we have excess for lasagna, what do we do with it?".
And it's why you often have it with penne and rigatoni and fettucini and spag bol is kind of frowned upon if you meet an Italian, as it needs the pasta to be thick and silky cause heavy meat content that is velvety and braised with wine.
As you can tell, I love me some proper Italian pasta.

I still can't believe tidal power hasn't taken off.Thousands of 200m turbines not that big? What about the tonnes of concrete footings required for them? What type of machinery and fuel is used for that too by the way?
Then who is the onus on re: upkeep and maintenance of said turbines? The contracts I’ve read puts all the onus on the land owner/farmer.
What happens when these companies set up these wind farms and then sell to an overseas company?
“Hi there, there’s a turbine on fire on my land”
If they pick up at all - “Yeah that’s your issue, not ours”
It’s not as simple as it’s made out to be imo. And “just dumping them somewhere” is not an acceptable plan in my view.![]()

It must be like cars that run on water.... too good to have in the energy mix it would be the most dominant.![]()
If you get a ban you will receive a msg.Happy New Year everybody.
I have a question.
If you can't access big footy on your for a while days and days.
Then then can. Does that mean I got a ban?

Just note that once it comes out from the boot, give it time to recover and for the muscles to heal. Easy thumb rule, x weeks from injury to getting out of the boot and the same x weeks for the muscles to get back enough strength to do what it was doing before.I managed to break a bone in my foot in late November, and while its been somewhat of an inconvenience for me, it got me thinking about how devastating this sort of injury would be for an AFL player.
Plaster 6 weeks - No weight on the foot at all, this would be at a time when teammates would be going back to training, time trials all of it. So fitness is going backwards fast.
Upper body training is possible, but for me i'd be worried about overdoing it , because i need it so much for getting up and down and crutching around.
As of last Monday i swapped plaster for a cam-boot.
The physio was warning me not to overdo it which is hard to judge.
I can put weight on it , so i can get around on one crutch , or none on short distances. ( makes cooking easier ).
I'm certainly doing more than the physio was suggesting.
I've got another appointment first week January.
Frustrating thing is there is nothing much you can do to speed up the process.
First bone i've broken in my life...amazing considering some of the stuff i did in early years.
Not sure if anyone has seen but l watched a snippet on YouTube that China has allegedly commissioned their first Thorium reactor. If it's true then the energy debate is over IMO. In the interim, solar, batteries and a plugin hybrid is the way to go if you can afford it.
There's a multitude of options to fix the issue if we had an intelligent government, but those days are long gone unfortunately.
