Agreed. No way is Jaksch worth pick 6. Especially when we might be getting 16 for Ryder. That won't be the deal.

If Ryder was being traded for other reasons than what he is then it would be. But given Ryder could easily invoke the clause and walk for free, Essendon should except any pick Port give them.

Pick 6 is worth more than that. It's not the best example of direct comparison but surely you can see the link here?
Edit: after re reading I was a little unclear.
Pick 6 is worth a lot more than 16 especially when it could get us a talent KPP in this draft.
