Wouldn't surprise me that Waite is on his way to the Hawks and is waiting on them to finish their campaign before announcing it.

Although, Jake Niall lost a bit of credibility when he mentioned Wingard being involved in a trade to Essendon for Ryder #malaka
Trade period is far from over.........................actually, it hasn't even started
We do have interest in all those players but we may have a little more interest elsewhere should things fall our way.
There's just too many 'hopefuls' in that grouping. Can see us taking a chance on one player and maybe two............but not 4

I honestly didn't realise that Jones was 198cm tall.
Genuinely thought he was at the shorter end of the KP spectrum at around 193 or so.

Lanky bugger. I've always liked his attritibutes - the question is if he can utilise them effectively at the top level.
Kinda glad in a way that I'll be out of the country for 90% of October - my internet usage will be down astronomically. I know that I'm not going to be able to help sneaking a look at the updates to see if/who we get though... don't tell my partner though!

Yep, he was the first with the breaking news : Ryder wanting out.
He also reported that Blease wants to come to us, which is pretty much on the money and is backed up by somebody who claims to know Blease who posted that he wanted to come to Carlton on the Drafts and Trading board 2 months ago.
He was also the first to report Dal Santo to North last year IIRC?

I'd be happy with Jones coming across.
Feel he is about to hit his straps and take his game to the next level.
His kicking was poor, but it has improved.
The thought of Cas and Jones crashing packs and clunking everything entering the forward 50 would be a sight to behold.
If only Jeffy had hit stuff sorted, he would kick 60 goals in 2015 if he did/was on our list...
I think bringing in Lyons should be high on our list if we do infact get Jones. Kid can play, kick goals and wrack them up when given the opportunity. And he has not long tunred 22
