We had the 1 and 2 from the 05 draft reunite this year, might as well reunite Walker and Cooney. Next year we can target Cotchin and pair him up with Kreuzer. Reckon we pass on Gumbleton but.

While we're at it, we should reunite the 12th and 13th picks from 2009!

#ohnonotthatagain!!! :)

SEN suggesting that the Dogs want to off load Adam Cooney. Suggesting Carlton and Essendon both keen (Dons maybe as part of the Ryder deal).
Yeah, I heard that bullshit too. If you want proof that "journalists" just make shit up, this is Exhibit A. During trade week they can't even be bothered to make up something plausible.

Cooney was a great player in his day, but his knees have been cooked for years now.

Why would a club seriously want Cooney. His best days are so far behind him it's not funny.

If we pay overs for Reid I'll hang myself.

I know Waite is a loss, but there's no rule that says you have to replace one frustratingly inconsistent tall with another.

When he was playing forward, he was looking the goods. Then with the introduction of Tippett and Buddy, he has been forced to change his game.
I'd love him at our club up forward.

No doubt he would a high pick. Not sure what that would be but, its tough when we don't have picks sitting between 10-20.

Reid, Hendo, Cas, Jaksch, Jones all shuffling through the forwardline would make for a decent marking group.
Not so sure on the kicking though...

I would think, our big fish, up north, is Sam Reid, without too much thinking.

We chased him last year, we need KPF, he is 22 and 290+ days old, he is starved of opportunities currently, he fits...

Not worth #7 for mine, but if we could somehow turn #7 and #28 into somewhere around the #12 and #20 mark for Reid and Jaksch respectively, I'd take it. Reckon Jones might baulk if we did that but so be it.

Not with pick 7 thats for sure. Unless we find our way back into the first round, we won't be getting Jaksch unless it's pick 27 and other picks/ player.

Is this going down to the wire?
