I saw Flying Ryan kicking a goal on the eagles instagram story, he looks like he's beefed up around the upper body since the first couple of rounds of the season.

Very light session. And short. Nothing more than a few skill based drills in small groups and little running involved. So not much to report
•Ryan and Shuey both in main group doing warmup laps. Schofield too. And Brayshaw. And Masten
• Shep looking pretty casual walking laps in a jacket and high giving a couple of kids
• Waterman has a rather large head. And no neck
•No jk or nicnat yet
• Can't see Venables
• Naitanui out there now. Handballing on the boundary
• Barrass walking laps with a trainer. Limping slightly. Doesn't look right
• Haven't seen eMac
• Balls in an esky of water at one training station. Must be expecting a wet game
• Boys seem in good spirits. Very upbeat mood
• If Ryan has any lingering effects from that ankle injury he ain't showing any signs of them. Running and jumping without issue
All done by 11.15. Barely blew away the cobwebs
