Is someone (not a Richmond board member) able to provide a summary of the Lynch situation?

The tl;dr seems to be he is going to Richmond, but would be good to get an idea of the reasons and current status given this thread is at 189 pages. Thanks.

I think Bucks has publicly come out and said that he's not aware of the Lynch camp being upset about the publicity.

Apart from Richmond posters on BF, has any other "journalist" come out so strong on Lynch to Richmond? All I've heard is that they are "in the lead" or a strong candidate.

I think a couple are just going with "leaning towards" but you'd think if it was truly definite (for Caro to say it definitively) that both Hawthorn and Collingwood would know and would publicly announce that they're out of the race...

I think he is going to Richmond but Buddy to Sydney was very well held. Too many opinions either way.

Given this Sam Murray news, if Lynch was considering coming here, he might have change of opinion now. Probably not a good look for a potential move.
