Saw my neurologist today. My autonomic failure has not progressed to Parkinson's. She doesn't think it will. I passed all the physical tests. That's a relief. She said I'm looking pretty good considering all that has happened to me this year. Now, THAT, pleases me.

Of course, it took an hour and a half to get home to Melton from St Vincent's. My AgedCare helper made a bit of overtime. She is only 51 years younger than me! Damn, I wish I was 21 again.

Hard to look back now at the fuss made out of the dreaded "gangster rap" back in the day and not just point and laugh. It was the best publicity they could get, I f***ing loved that my folks really hated it.

Yep, lot of those are classics to me in one sense or another. That version of Runnin’ (2Pac & Biggie) that charted here also seems obscure nowadays, overshadowed by different versions.
