Just stepped on the scales again and checked for you and it said 34.8% body fat and 47.7% TBW presuming total body weight?Awesome work RU85kg is bang on according to your bmi. Have you checked out your body fat percentage?
My weight has kind of steadied this holiday period. Need to lose a couple more kgs to get to the optimum bmi rating.
Really need to get to a gym I think.

Yep, guy with the welding one wants tomorrow as well and I have the bar one. This ones before it by about 4 hours, considering not going to the bar one as it's not a future career job and just calling the guy and letting him know, whereas the welding one is something I would like to do.
Well I guess I am not an average person considering BMI tells me I am pretty much morbidly obese.

My BMI is 24.23. Wouldn't call myself overweight despite putting on 5kg or so over the last year

Woo! Got all clear from x-rays and doctor tests and am good to drive and return to work after car accident a couple of months ago. Back to work on Monday! I'm sure that will be a 'thing that shits me' in a couple of weeks
