For sure! Had 3 years at 2.8% so very happy with another 5 at 2.6%.
I'm old enough to remember the early 90's and the ridiculous rates my parents had. Hard to imagine how people handled that.
Haha, very true. I remember our $165k nice house with a yard. Got a $515k apartment now. Too expensive. Planning a country move in 5 years or so.

I bought my first home on the tail end of that. my parents went on the loan as I was too young and picked up a shitty apartment in semaphore for a whopping $27k. I don't recall the interest rate but at a guess 17%.

But **** I couldn't be happier if Hayne gets the arse.

well yeh, i know nothing about NFL and 'most irrelevant' is probably an overstatement, but im sick of him and getting a running update of whats happening in the lockerooms and what jokes the 49ers are playing on him
