The good news is they are opening big automated warehouses to deal with online shopping. I believe they will replace the need for stores to fulfill online orders.First world problems but Woolworths is giving me the shits at the moment.
Every time I go in, the aisles are just full of workers picking the click and collect orders. Which fine, whatever. But the amount of times I've had them dive in front of me while I'm looking for something annoys the shit out of me. Why are customers that aren't in store being prioritised over ones who are? Then there's the trolley things they're packing all their orders in, which can be a nightmare to get around during busy periods.
I understand click and collect is helpful for people at times but it honestly drives me batty. I shouldn't have to fight past staff to shop there. They need to repurpose certain stores to only be click and collect/in store shopping.
