Little campaigners decided to damage my christmas inflatables tonight, we heard a noise outside, I saw gingerbread man bent over in pain from the window, I went and investigated and saw he had a rip, I checked the cameras and saw 2 kids run onto my property, kick the inflatables and run off, have to pull them all down now

It could be how the fan is sitting in the bracket. Give the fan a gentle push upwards and release. Sometimes the ball joint which sits in the bracket allowing the fan to hang is in a slightly odd position.

Oh, I'm good. Alright. I'll rant about it. Haha.

We have a Monday to Monday schedule. She's off with her boyfriend a few hours away. Doesn't want to leave early to pick them up so assumed I'd be good having them until 12pm or so. I'm going to work and told her I'll drop them at her place at 8am. She went off saying "it's sad that my work isn't flexible but I feel even sadder for the boys being alone for a few hours before Christmas". Lol. How about not seeing they're Dad at Christmas? That's a little sad for them.

She said "I don't want to start a fight but you're not sticking to the separation agreement". Umm. I am. It say's Monday to Monday. Nothing about the time. They're fine. Have been ok for a few hours on their own many times.

She's just had complaints from a neighbour about noise sometimes so doesn't want them at her place. If they were staying alone for a bit at mine she wouldn't care. Getting silent treatment now.

That sucks.

I hear so many stories about separated couples and bloody hell it seems like there's always a partner that just wants to make it hard for the sake of it - and the kids are often an expense in it all.

This could be sensitive and harsh, but I am in a private group for my housing estate. A lady has been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and her husband has started a gofund me to cover their losses while in treatment. Is it normal to ask people to donate and pretty much pay for your loan while treatment occurs, my sister in law was diagnosed last year and never once was it mentioned to start anything like that.

These people have set a 100k goal and are already at $8k after a day. Stalked his profile and he has a $100k landcruiser ute and multiple toys.

Seems to be pretty common these days. Personally im not a fan of it and wouldn't do it, but each to their own.

You’ve just lost a dependent. Taking the emotion out of it financially you are better off, why do you need a gofund me at all. I suppose maybe funeral costs but if you’re that adamant on a funeral opposed to donation of organs etc with a wake at a pub or house which will cost you nothing then SURELY family and friends can chip in.

I get (with varying degrees of agreeance) if a family loses a primary breadwinner/illness treatments etc. but I can’t reconcile with needing money when you’ve just saved money.

Honestly one of the only cleaning products that actually works as advertised.

As far as windshield stickers goes I used to just use a razor blade when you had to replace the rego stickers every year but I guess you would need to be careful if it was tinted. Then you could get the sticky residue off with that stuff if you want.

This is gonna be INCREDIBLY harsh but the ones I truly don’t get are when someone has lost a child and then have a gofund me.

You’ve just lost a dependent. Taking the emotion out of it financially you are better off, why do you need a gofund me at all. When my brother lost his son, it actually cost them a bomb (funeral costs, loss of income because they couldn’t work for months etc). I can see how people would need a very quick cash injection in such circumstances.
