Just moved into a new apartment as a renter. It's nbn ready, just need to plug in a modem and good to go with no other installation ... I just have to pay the $300 Nbn new building connection fee?? I've been told that if I have a nice landlord they 'should' pay it, but i don't understand how legally the tenant is obliged? It's not my property, and internet is pretty much a utility now
ring up the agent

Uni lecturers who move through slides faster than I can take notes... most people are just taking photos of whatever is put up on the screen now but I feel I retain stuff much better if I actually write it down.

Everything you wrote after "AusPost" was redundant...

Do they make the slides available after? I used to find i'd retain it better if i just listened and took no notes and re-read the slides later on.

Does the landlord pay your gas and electricity connection fee?

Yeah, but what was his sauce like??

You need sauce, you dumb aussie ferkers, or you get a 3.

Garlic butter on the side or gtfo

Altho i did have an amazing tomato chutney on the side with surf n turf the last time i had a steak. Was flipping delicious
