Excellent point.

I've seen a couple of chicken shops run out of chicken.

I can accept a KFC or Red Rooster running out of coleslaw or a certain type of bread roll etc. but you really shouldn't be out of your staple product at 7pm. I've been into a KFC at maybe 8.30-9pm and they've been out of certain types of chicken (strips, nuggets, whatever) which I can understand, you can't have everything fresh on the rack all hours of the day, but if it's dinner time and they have no original recipe either on the rack or in the fryer I would question why they are even open.

It isn't that weird to me that they sometimes get busier than anticipated. Are they meant to have infinity chicken in the warmer?

Absolutely correct.

I go over and lend a hand in the fun and the old man and mumma are always there supervising.
God help you if you leave a bit of sinew or tendon in the mix.
And yes, back fat, only ever back fat.
Some smoked and some left to cure in their old concrete feed silo.
Unbelievably good with a cold beer or glass of red.

On a side note, since I've been laid up with knee replacements I have been getting some unbelievable eggplant lasagnes and other pasta treats each week.

I'm getting fat.
Wish i had my family (italian) nearby for food and veggies and home made sausages etc

Yeah this would have been earlyish- 6 or 7. It was a stinking hot day tho, obviously everybody is out buying takeaway not wanting to cook.

If they get a sudden run of business at 4pm or something then it might catch them off guard but surely they know when the busy times are and how much their sales fluctuate. How long does it take to fry some chicken? 5, 10 minutes? If it gets busy and the warmer is empty you'd at least think they'd be making more. Being completely out early in an evening is poor stock management.

CRISTIANO Ronaldo is about as likeable as Patrick Dangerfield trying to be funny.

He's no female Italian sports reporter but he is completely ripped so I'm sure he'd send at least some blood rushing South.

Yeah but i honestly wouldnt know it was a famous soccer player. Cos. Idc :)

I agree- you can insult Paddy all you want, is like water off a ducks back. The guys a tosser.

(bbut i luv him still)

i recall dangerfield on the footy show as a crow doing impressions of jim carey. i think the audience laughed out of pity and awkwardness
