I hope we take the whole hub thing as a positive which looks like we might, teams might get worse and worse depending how they are going and we would be the best team in my mind to get really close to one another and work as a team through it! as for the rest they never come even close to what our team has been through and so far this year the opportunity is staring at me more and more into the face! It is a big call but I believe we can do it, if we can keep getting wins without stringer and hepple and keep on fighting, as well as when Joe comes back and plays to the way we all know he can, along with our new game style this year which I am really liking what I'm seeing, plus the shorter season which is gotta be good! More than 1 third of the season has already been played and we are top 4 with one less game! I want to believe, the time might be now.

Every season is compromised with certain teams get to play others twice, Richmond get to spank Carlton twice a year every year.
This is the fairest year and the astrix cup is destined for us to win.

There was so many players last night that are clearly stepping up, I don't think any team is playing at a 100%

Yeah there is definitely a better system, lots more intent around the ball and much better overall feel of urgency about the team. If that can work against a couple of the better sides (Dogs, Giants, Port etc) then I am all in!!

I think we will be fired up because of the last 2 years against bulldogs especially last year which I was the last bloke to be in that stadium who barracks for essendon, even bulldog fans went home that night early
