The fact that the trade has been talked about for so long and seems more and more likely makes it sound like a rough valuation on TB has been agreed on.

Id imagine something along the lines of pick 10 + a 2nd rounder as the base value, if the Hawks 1st falls as they make finals then their F1 is on the table, likely with other picks moving around to get the rough value of 10+2nd rounder.

You dont offer 5 year deals likely on close to $1mil and then offer a late 1st rounder only, the Hawks list management will know this as much as the Hawks fans here wont like it, and itll get done for fair value

Youre having a laugh no? He’s one of the best backmen in the league in his prime with 3 years to run on his contract. With the Hawks cracking the 8 this week that pick is now outside 10.

It’s both first rounders easily, especially if you climb a couple more spots (likely with your fixture). You cant be going after a contracted top 5 defender and not having to pay up for him.

~12 and F12 is more than fair for both sides.

You can't be essentially pushing out a near 30 year old with a bad back and demanding the world either. You are right that 1 first is probably not enough, 2 firsts is certainly too much.

Hawks first and Collingwoods 2nd is probably on the money. DGB could be picked up as a DFA. He’s got no value.

KPD’s of Barrass’ quality are incredibly rare in this market, but 2 firsts would be a surprise to me.
