Voting system

Coaches vote individually after each round via a 4, 3, 2, 1 voting system. One vote means a player played their role, while four votes denote a standout best-on-ground performance. Five coaches vote each week, with a player able to receive a maximum of 20 votes in any one game. If two players finish on the same number of votes, a countback is applicable.

It’s overly complicated for next to no benefit.

I think it (top 15) might end up like that. Not sure about Bailey Scott tho. I feel like I'm being harsh on Zurhaar too.
 
A Xerri/Sheezel dead heat wouldn't be a bad result, 1 or 2 votes ahead of LDU, daylight to the rest.

I can’t even think of 1 bad Sheezel game but whatever it was it won’t count and his other 20 will

Larkey finishing below Stephenson? Probably didn’t have his best year but surprised how low he finished.

Powell was the hardest for me to place.

McKercher, Archer, Curtis, Zurhaar and Tucker will also be pushing for a top 10 finish.

Corr finished the season well but started slowly due to injuries in pre season. Might cost him.

LDU changed the way he plays a bit. Did more blocking and unselfish play and learned to deal with tags and heavy attention. Might get him more kudos from the coaches.
 
The BnF night carries as much excitement and importance as a primary school hamper raffle.

They should do what they did in 2020 and have a power point presentation and the playing group seated in one room and get it over and done with within the hour.
