Jackson Trengove set to have a breakout year this year, has put on 9kg since we drafted him, ready to bash it with the big boys (hell, he was ready last year!). Definitely going to have an impact!

Classy post, GH5. Many of us had Ben Howlett in our DT's last year and watched him real closely, admiring the way he could get his hands on the pill in traffic and read the play to be in the right place at the right time. From a Bomber point of view, an absolute bargain from a Rookie pick, and no reason why he can't go on even further in 2011 and beyond. But Trent Cotchin is just on another level.

It's like comparing Job Watson to Nathan Foley - Watson is clearly a smarter, more adept footballer. On another level.

Really gets to me are people dismissing any player as abjectly as saying "who the hell is X..."
Howletts our 2nd or 3rd best. He'd probably be your 3rd or 4th best young mid. Tos & froes either way.

Will be interesting to see how he can go with a pre-season, see if he can up that TOG & corresponding possies; and polish his kicking. Will give 'most tackles' a serious crack if he plays more time.

Hill, Scully, Rioli, Kruezer, Hurley, Gibbs, Trengove (MEL), Martin, Dangerfield, Morabito, Rohan, Sidebottom, Jetta (SYD), Cotchin, Hartlett, Rich, Reid, Hannebery, Grimes, Naitanui, Watts, Ziebell, Pears, Beams, Cunnington, Melksham, Trengove (PA), Bastinac, Ward, Rockliff, Walker, Fyfe, Palmer, Davis, Schuey and Grant are all better than Yarran so i guess he can't be in the top 36...
