That ‘78 Saints squad was a pack of animals.

Carl, Sidey, Sarau, O’Dea, Muir, Booth (he was the one that kicked the stray dog at VFL Park).

Was at the game at Moorabin where they went after the Essendon kids, Neagle & Terry Cahill from memory, both knocked cold inside the first 5 minutes.

Honestly thought the crowd was going over the fence that day.
Recent squad not that far removed ...

I am surprised to see Nick Maxwell on this list, every time he was named it gave me greater confidence in a Carlton win.

For me:
1 Vote - Brayden Maynard.
2 Votes - Chris Tarrent
3 Votes - Alan Didak

1 Des Tuddenham - used to run through my favourite player (Cliff Stewart) every time we played.

2 Rene Kink - spat on Swan McKay

3 Jerka Jenkin - tried to kick a drop kick and managed to direct it into Jezza's orchestra stalls.

Tuddenham was a very talented player, but a complete thug. In an era when behind the play sniping was common, he was in a league of his own.

I’m pretty sure he spat at Jezza in the 1979 Grand Final.

I would have to say narrowing it down to three players makes it very difficult so i will nominate four ;)

1 - Stan Magro (for the obvious reason)

2 - Nathan Buckley (nickname says it all)

3 - Richardson brothers (Wayne and Max - absolutely loathsome pair)
