I seriously now believe that the big wigs of the comp want us demolished. They piss and moan about equalization yet over look the teams that are battling and are genuinely trying to improve (within the rules too might I add). I am seriously speechless.

If it comes out that Higgins contract is bigger than Frawleys.... Gordon is a lawyer, right?
If we got Band 2, I would understand.... but this is crazy!

I am freakin' disgusted that a bloke who literally tanked every game from July can a. Get a lucrative contract with a side that may very well win a third flag in a row; and, b. Leaves a club previously fined for tanking that gets compensated with a KPP that will be a ten year player

last time we should have got a priority pick, they got rid of fitzroy and gave them to Port instead.

First round pick directly after our first rounder. Scully was deemed worthy of one directly after their first rounder as well as a mid first rounder. And yet which is the player that has accomplished anything with his career?

Band 2, a second pick directly after our first rounder (netted us Macrae so we did bloody well out of a bad situation)

While Melbourne got band 1, a pick after their first rounder and a mid first rounder... for Scully...

So I may or may not have said some harsh things to Melbourne supporters on the drafts and trade board. But god, the welfare of this club is being ignored.

Am I the only one happy that Melb got pick 3. We wouldn't of upgraded to their pick 2 because they want Brayshaw and he won't be there at pick 5. So now we can trade for pick 3 and select Wright or McCartin.

Finally. Someone speaking some sense. We're closer now to getting the KPF we desperately want and need, than when we had pick 5 and Melbourne only had pick two.

Finally. Someone speaking some sense. We're closer now to getting the KPF we desperately want and need, than when we had pick 5 and Melbourne only had pick two.

Melbourne still want a ransom for a 3 pick upgrade.... where as we could have stayed there and got what we wanted anyway!
This just guarantees we lose someone from our club as we must upgrade.... so no, not a win for us at all.
