Caddy looks good, and Reid is good when he can actually get on the paddock (which I don't think he can for more than a few weeks at a time).

With Barrass taking the round one what will Hawks offer to us that we would take? Providing a future first is possible but doesn’t give us what we probably want - a first rounder this year. No players in clear positions of need that they would release and we would want but they have to put the deal together not us.

Left field is Barrass to Hawks, Smith to Eagles and Hawks first to us?

Saints make sense but they have a terrible record getting their targets with monster offers. But he is going to the starting star mid and big dollars and living in the area has loves so probably happy. We get at least a top 10 pick which I think is unders for his talent. Would be great to swap for an area of need. But can’t see they have any likely players we would want.

Still Saints - Much better result for us - the top maybe 12 are very even and really strong - rare to not have a clear number 1 by now - at least 6 in the mix.

Geelong should still come - they are building the new mid and he would slot straight in. Lower pick but Geelong mostly play fairly in trades and so expect them to come with a good offer.

If I was West Coast I would go hard. May affect his O/S dollars but will be a star in WA and a midfield of Smith and Harley R would turn the team around.
