It's unlikely that 18 year olds in the 30s would bring any short term improvement compared to the alternatives, perhaps the opposite.

We'll need internal leaps from Darcy, Jamarra, Richards, Weightman, Freijah and others, along with uncovering any positional improvement (e.g. Lobb).

West, Sanders, Frejah, Gallagher, Darcy, JUH, JOD, Busslinger should all improve.

Richards and Lobb should improve further in their new positions.

Clarke, Coffield and Poulter may move from fringe players to regulars.

Naughton is only 25 so we haven't yet seen his best.

On Pez, Sam Edmund just said 6 x $900000 plus, with a possible option for a 7th.

He’s a Sydney boy who played in their academy.

This is clearly a pure money driven move. Why else would he do it? He’s getting regular minutes in the GWS midfield already.

Crows clearly have a ton of cap room and are spending big on middle of the road players and are desperately trying to show some sort of improvement.
