Sheehan has been a disaster. She has made so many poor decisions that she would be no chance of surviving in the real world. A woke diversity appointment and no accountability for performance. Considering the fact she ran a tennis coaching business with her husband and he landed in jail for grooming and S.A under-age girls under their care in their house it's mind boggling she was ever allowed within a mile of our girls program let alone in charge? I guess Mr Cruel, Mr Stinky and Mr Baldy were unavailable.

As a casual watcher of our W team this is ludicrous. Conti, Sheeran and McKenzie are head and shoulders our 3 best performing and most talented players with Brennan a very distant 4th. Conti deservedly is Tier 1 contracted, Sheeran came in on peanuts but should've been rewarded for past 3 years and bumped into Tier 1 as well. Katie Brennan shouldn't be the other Tier 1 contracted player and if it's not changed then watch McKenzie leave next year also.

Sheehan is clueless and shouldn't be in charge of filling out a coffee order much less an AFLW program. Add nepotism to woke, diversity hire.

Yes, There's about 5-6 tall's that I see clubs will be seeing differently depending on their current structures and game style, and outside of Havana Harris it's hard to pick where they may be taken but a good chance she could be there at our pick 18.

Georgie is a December birthday so a bit behind some others in physical development and may determine where she goes.

for North pick 18, which is fair given her age.....but still, stings a bit

the only thing i can come up with.....maybe the club know we're nowhere near where we should be in regard to contending at the pointy end of the season?

I can only guess that their must have been a spat within , Nathan Burke on a recent poddy I listened spoke of the clique’s unique to W program that was a driver in player movement, WB have turned over entire list in short term , blues same . In terms of value she is clearly our sec best player and I’d argue was a rightful bf winner , mon was lucky . If it were top 5 pic then sure what a decent deal ,,,18 in W is absolutely crap , equiv say to 50-60 in men’s for a 2 x AA player In peak of form , flipping wild about this
