He never gets the praise he deserves since he’s playing with “superstars”.

He was leading the Coleman after the first 4 rounds. He plays predominantly on the wing.

Compare his stats to Brad Hill’s.

Perryman averages more:
Disposals
Goal
Tackles
Rebound 50
Contested & uncontested
Intercepts
Marks
Meters gained
Clearances

Hill spoken about as a great wingman. Perryman is playing better this year.

whats his contact status? Has there been talk he wants out?

Interesting in that article there is the idea again of somehow merging the NAB comp with the VFL. Cuts costs and improves the viability of a 2nd tier comp.

So would VFL Teams have the U-18's like what Happened in the AFL/VFL back in the Day so Collingwood could Techinally have a U-18 Side?

Probably a pick in the 20’s. If we could trade phillips, and use his pick and upgrade to Perryman. We will be a much better team.

RCD is OOC. He was mad at the end of last year because he didn’t get a game. He would be Even more Mad that he hasn’t gotten a game in a compressed season with cotchin, Prestia and Edwards missing games.
RCD would fit us perfectly IMO.

If we got Perryman for Phillips in a roundabout way we should take that and run imo. We would need to give up something more somewhere along the line, but so long as we don't move out of the first round for him I'd be pretty comfortable moving some picks to get it done. I've heard a little about Freo possibly looking at Phillips (disclaimer: rumors only) so a three club deal could be good play.

I agree in that I think RCD would be fantastic for us. Add him, Reef and N Daicos and suddenly our future midfield post Pendles, Sidey, Adams and Treloar looks bright. I think we'd still need to trade for him, not sure what he's value would be in that event? Drafted in the first round at pick 20, not sure the tigers would be wanting to lose to much of that initial purchase price.

I haven't read that voy.com site for years, but that Pyeman poster used to really know his junior footy. If he says he's got no inside game, I wouldn't dismiss it. Accumulating around the contest can easily be mistaken for genuine inside skills. It's a wait and see job to know what kind of player we've got.

I'm not so sure about "in and under" which is what some refer to as an inside player. I'd say he's more of a Sier/Treloar type around the footy in that he can very quickly use his hands to get them to a better positioned player. Doesn't necessarily mean he's going to go and risk his head like a Taylor Adams. This was very visible in his GWV highlights going into the draft.

It depends if there are changes to cat b rules. If nothing changes regarding cat b, there's no reason to jettision Tohill for list balance as he's a bonus player who sits outside of the list. I've never seen him play, so have no idea whether he's a keeper or not.
The bigger question is will Tohill wish to return home to commence his medicine studies

Wouldn't be Surprised with the Phillips connection. Longmuir would know of Phillips’ ability.

RCD’ OOC and hasn’t played a game. So he hasn’t gone up in value, if anything he’s probably dropped with no opportunity At AFL level.

Didn't know about that. Probably depends upon how realistic he thinks a footy career is and how long the club is willing to commit to a contract - at which point it does become a list space issue as he'd only be allowed one more year of cat b.

Can you leave us to dream please 🤣
I just want whatever is being passed around tbh, I've seen Phillips going somewhere for a second rounder in one comment, and now Perryman worth as econd rounder

Perryman for an early 2nd round pick.
Don’t think that’s unfair.

Brad Hill’ considered the best wingman in the league.
He was traded twice.
-pick 25 to hawks
- Pick 10 to freo (complicated trade involved Blake Acres

Don’t think Perryman is worth pick 10.

Would cost us 2 first rounders.

Would cost the Hawks a future 4th.

Instead of laughing give an opinion.

I guess the going rate for any GWS midfielder to the pies is 3 first round picks.
It would depend on which midfielder you're talking about, generalising won't help anyone

Perryman : pick 15-20.

Phillips :25-35.

I said we would need to upgrade our potential Phillips picks to get Perryman, If we could go that way.
See I say Perryman is a 10-15 worth player, he's a top 5 player for us this year, with versatility unlike anyone else in the league atm (Half Forward, Wing, Rover, Half Back all to good standard), add to that his age and his value sits in that range, even with him being OOC. It's all pointless guess work for me though, I'm not a list manager. As a comparison, would you be happy with a 15-20 pick for Adams as one of your more important, but not superstar, players?

I think your assessment of Phillips is generous, an outside mid with poor disposal and decision making? Why anyone would pay more than a third round pick is beyond me. If it's changed to 16 a field as well he will have quite literally, no use

What’s everyone thoughts on UGLE in the draft? Talk hes no 1. So adel would be silly not to pick given he fits a need. That means Doggies from my reading of points system would need to match 3000. Given they likely to have anywhere from 9-12, They’ve got some work to do to find points. If that’s my understanding of how it works.

I can’t see them trading their first this year, because if anyone bids they won’t have points?

Adams likely leading our B/F so def value him VERY high. He is a star, absolute workhorse that rarely goes missing unlike many A graders. I agree on phillips, form this year late second round at best. That said, both our teams are having down years so lots of players out of form. I think what’s clear is that you are missing Greene as much as we miss degoey. Both never seem to get on the park.

And Perryman has been exactly the same this year, probably behind Haynes in our BnF atm, then Kelly and Whitfield pushing him, but like Adams to Collingwood his value is much higher to us than a club is likely willing to pay

Personally i would take pick 15 ,and give you pick 14 back ,but i may not be an Adams fan just saying.
