Freo currently sitting with picks 7, 12 and 13 in the draft. And 27.

I'd push for 12 and 13 for Bakes if he wants to leave. or 7 and 27.

That could potentially give us 5, 12, 13, 23, 30, 37, 41, 48.
Treacy & 13 for Bakes

Just a thought and only a thought and im not saying we should but just hear me out

As a stop gap 2 years whilst we develop our own or better options come up

The Doggies will be under salary cap pressure and these 2 players wont be in their best 22 whilst getting paid a shed load of cash
Rory Lobb & Jackson MaCrae could both provide some experience and depth in 2 area's (Wing & KPF)

Doggies could pay 30-40% of their salary and rubbish picks traded
We should have grabbed tabermer when we had the chance tho the injury list is now that far gone that plugger couldn’t help us

Probably been expressed, but Short should be traded. Was always a limited footballer with one exceptional skill although that’s deserted him for some time now.

We aren’t trading our vice captain

So what do we think the Dogs accept for English and Bont?

With the way Bevo is going, I'm expecting English to be dropped and Bont as the sub next week.

WTF? Oscar Allen was drafted end of 2017. We had Jack Riewoldt in his prime, then end of 2018 we got Tom Lynch, so he was probably already in our plans. Not sure a KPF was high in our priorities end of 2017.

And I didn’t say we had a good stock of KPF’s … just saying they’re hard to find in the draft, where even top-5 picks can deliver spuds.

When every club has bypassed players like Allen, Larkey and Mitch Lewis .. sometimes multiple times … you can’t blame Richmond for missing anything obvious, as if it was obvious those ‘guns’ would’ve gone top-10.

We took Higgins and the ccj ahead of Oscar Allen, horrendous when you consider we went to the draft with the aim of improving our tall stocks.

Apparently Higgins was too good to pass on and ccj was a contested marking machine.

Thank Christ Clarke is gone.
