Lol Jetta, the same Jetta who is best friends with Ryder? And loves the club and is contracted? I look forward to coming back to this thread in November and singling out everyone who has clearly made up rubbish.

Lets hope your correct bud,I have no vested intrest in it either way.

Your correct in saying he loves the EFC but I suggest he loves his family a little more.

One thing I will say is that I would not have posted it if I didn't think it was true!

Time will tell.

Jetta moving back to WA is an ongoing saga - Family moving from WA to Vic back to WA - Seems to be a fluid situation.

I am yet to be convinced that Jetta will be offered a job with a WA club - Lots of players linked to Freo and WC.

Well if its based on him selling his house and his parents moving back then I am not convinced. How many players put their houses on the market in the off season?

If his parents are moving back its probably a good thing, the boy can change into a man and I expect this to reflect his onfield abilities next year with a proper pre-season with a decent fitness/strength coach e.g the weapon.

It is not based on him selling his house or his parents moving or any of the rumours that get said on here, the truth is that Leroy wants to be in Perth and his preference is the Eagles but if a deal cannot be done then who knows, he may stay at Ess or may go to the Dockers we will find out soon.

Have heard that Port are trying to get Pick 3 from GWS

They are offering a mixed bag of self selections to entice Sheedy & Choco

It's Pick 6 plus any 2 players.

The names included Daniel Stewart, Brett Ebert, Steven Salopek, Jacob Surjan, Troy Chaplin & Cameron Hitchcock.

Port want Picks 3, 11 & 46 in return

Sounds like a BS rumour to me, but I'm posting it to be kicked around and laughed at.

So essentially Port are offering 2 of those players and a 5 place downgrade for pick 3, and 46?

o_O

SEN reported Eagles heavily into Macaffer and still looking at Davis...

It was SEN though.

Wouldn't be against this trade if both players wanted out. Particuarly given Leon's service to the Pies.

Think Caff has lots to offer and would hate to lose him particuarly given his age.

If it was for picks I think something like Eagles second pick (41) and their first (22) for the Pies first (25/26), Caff and Leon.

Another (less likely to be supported by Eagles) would be Sheppard for Pies first (25/26), Caff and Leon. (Would be considered by most to be paying overs by Eagles - but not exactly sure of Sheppard's current worth)

Thoughts?

Edit: Now I think about it Sheppard is highly ridiculously unlikely. A trade involving Koby Stevens is more likely

Foley said to have been approached by GWS. He is contracted to us until 2012. Sounds like he has fronted the club and asked them for their extension offer, which has been presented and he is now considering. No doubt, it'd be for fewer years and for less $

Club is "giving him some space to consider" in the next week.

If Mitchell and Goddard stay, then he would be about the highest category of contracted player thus far linked to GWS?

Im not sure what you are implying, is he a higher category than Scully, Ward and Davis?

So Foley is worth more than Tier 1 & 2??

If so you are dreaming, Foley is a decent player but is Tier 3 at best.

No. He said Foley is contracted. Then he mentions Goddard and Mitchell who are also contracted. Clearly he is talking about players who may be traded for the U-17 picks.

This is different from the uncontracted signings who recieve banded comp picks.

I rate Foley as the same level to Callan Ward. Would expect tier 2 if he was uncontracted.

However I believe if it goes through it will be for a mini draft pick.
