Training Report from Wednesday by MACDAICOS

I thought i'd make the most of my week off work and pop down to Gosch's Paddock this morning to watch training with about another dozen hearty souls.

H.Shaw - Moved at 100% and looked great and real keen to impress. Shaws kicking skills and strong hands will be a welcome return.

Rusling - Moved well and kicked a couple of goals during match simulation also spent 20 minutes on his own doing goal kicking (Talk about dead eye dick i didnt see him miss one)

Rocca - Moved at about 80% with the Reserves and spent most of it blowing a gale LOL.

Beames - Looked great and even beat T.Cloke a couple of times during match simulation. Tough and hard at it alot like a young Scott Burns.

Fraser - Looked sore and didn't do much.

M.Clarke and Pendles trained on the other oval just some light handball and run-throughs.

Match simulation was interesting Red jumpers (Reserves) played the rolling zone with Grey jumpers (Seniors) as usual going the long way home. Kick out > Back pocket > Wing ) Forward flank

you saw it Saturday and in 08 & 07.

Rusling a dead-eye-dick?... wouldn't that be fantastic if he could work his way back into the side and start kicking some bags
