It's hard not to be. After last year where virtually everyone tipped us either for the spoon or bottom four, they're not taking the risks this time around. Frampton, Carmichael and Hill should find themselves playing in the AFL at some stage this season and I'd imagine Allen will get his debut as well. Ryan, Draper and Harrison not far off, either.
Remember, that Frampton's issue was with Adelaide's selection committee then list spots. Carmichael wasn't quite fit enough having come from country football not that long ago. Hill had testicular cancer which was out of his control. And Allen was injured but severely underrated. Not one of those is a knock against their talent but instead a variety of other factors.
Knows how to lay a bet.
