Revolver has a reputation for sure but it's just a typical popular nightclub. There's no such thing as "the place" where people go to take drugs. People who want to take drugs while clubbing will take drugs regardless of the venue.

I think it's a bit of a leap in logic to say Markov was at Revolver therefore Markov is into drugs and therefore has a "loose lifestyle."

Let's not talk about what Ginnivan got up to in the off-season... Interesting how some players get tarred with a certain label but others don't.

Season 5 No GIF by The Office

Well we won’t have a problem fitting Hill into the team then

After being at the game and I really don’t like being this harsh but boy, Joe Richards was horrid. Fumbled, coughed up possession every time and was indecisive.

Not sure what the lads saw in him to take him in the main draft and not as a rookie.

Ben Reid drove them Nuts to pick him

Well hopefully Gin has had a massive kick up the a**, and will look to repay the faith and love the club and Fly had given him over the past 12 months.
Please don't single out Ginn.

The use is not isolated, getting recorded however is next level dumb

this assessment is spot on. Frampton may be bigger, Murphy is simply a better footballer. Much much better 1 on 1 defender
Disagree. I’ve seen Billy outmark Darcy C, which murph isn’t capable of. Even Ash J was comfortably beating murph in marking drills. The guy was drafted as a HBF with potential to move to midfield, now some people are expecting him to play on 6’ 8” forwards. Not going to happen.. nor should it

I don’t know about that Murph was able to out mark Gawn last season. My issue was Murphy is he can’t keep up with the likes of Hawkins, Cameron, Walker, Curnow etc. Rather than getting out marked by them.

I wasn't really singling Ginni out, as illicit drug use, l would imagine, is at a level amongst the younger players that may he seen as common.
I just want this incident to wake him up and realise what has been temporarily taken away from him, in the hope it makes him a better player, and to realise the consequences of his actions....

I could be wrong (may be way off), but I think the afl illicit drug policy is that if he was tested and caught with illicit drugs in his system he would be given a warning which would remain anonymous (so long as it wasn’t performance enhancing). If it happened a second time he would be diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder and treated for a mental health disorder which would also remain anonymous and as he was seeking treatment would be exempt from future testing for that substance. So the whole thing is a set up to make sure no one gets named and no one gets three strikes. If this is the case, Ginnivan’s crime is getting caught publicly, not actually taking an illicit substance.

Keen to hear from others if I understand the afls illicit drug policy currently?
